William "Bill" C. Story, 83, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2026 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on May 1, 1942 to Lawrence W. Sr. and Lily Bell (Cassell) Story in West Point, Tennessee.

He married Helen L. Bell Story on July 12, 1968 in Noblesville, she passed away on January 10, 2011. He was retired after 18 years of work at D and D Brake Sales in McCordsville and Carmel Schools. Bill loved bowling, country music (Ray Price and George Jones), playing cards, and fun with family and friends.

He is survived by his son, William A. (Robyn) Story; granddaughters, Alexis and Arianna Story; sisters, Bethel Hall of Noblesville and Blanche (Bud) Taylor of Greenwood; sister-in-law, Pam Story of Indianapolis; special extended family, Madi Lucas and Jenna Irvine, who he loved the same as his own grandchildren; special friend and caregiver, Lori Irvin; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife; brother, Lawrence Story, Jr.; brother-in-law, Sid Hale; and special friend and caregiver, Pennie Baldwin.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 17, 2026 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
