Violet A. Wolfe

Violet A. Wolfe, 101, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born on March 24, 1913 to Roy and Myrtle (Maness) Bishop in Dot, Virginia.
Violet was a homemaker and had also worked at Firestone Industrial Products for 22 years. She a member of Noblesville Baptist Church; a veteran of civil service; and an avid quilter.
She is survived by daughters, Anna (Allen) Wallace and Betty (Ray) Smith; son, Ben (Shirley) Wolfe; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Macel A. Wolfe; great-grandson, Carson Wallace; and one brother & one sister.
Services will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, October 16, 2014, at Noblesville Baptist Church, 1338 E Pleasant Street, in Noblesville, with Pastor Seth Leeman and Pastor Gene Parker officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 15, 2014 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, Noblesville. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
Memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity.
