Vera E. Brattain, 84, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on January 14, 1928 to Walter and Edith (Fetty) Brown in Cicero, Indiana.
Vera was past President of the Ladies Auxiliary. She was a loving mother and will be missed dearly by her family.
She is survived by daughter, Bonnie (Marsha McCarty) Brattain and son, Dennis (Tina) Mendenhall.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Brattain and two brothers.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, February 20, 2012, at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville, with Rev. Richard D. Bell officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am prior to the service, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 5635 W. 96th Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46278.
