Valorie Jean "Jeannie" Stark

Valorie Jean "Jeannie" Harger Stark, 62, of Noblesville, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022 at Lake Meadows Assisted Living in Fishers.  She was born on December 1, 1960 to the late Donivan and Mary (Carpenter) Harger in Noblesville, Indiana.

Jeannie was a 1979 graduate of Noblesville High School.  She worked as a 911 dispatcher for the Noblesville Police Department, and as an insurance agent, an office manager for several businesses, and a parking enforcement officer.

Jeannie is survived by her son, Adam Wayne Stark; siblings, James D. (Marty) Harger, William Harger, Donna Lu (Kim) Harger-Daniels, and Patricia (Bryan) Forkner; 3 nieces; 1 nephew; 3 great-nieces; and 2 great-nephews.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with services at 1:00 pm, on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville.  Pastor Fred Knoll will officiate.  Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
