Thomas John Mucha

Thomas John Mucha, 80, of Fishers, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville, Indiana.  He was born on July 17, 1941 to John and Genevieve (Kozlowski) Mucha in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Thomas proudly served his country as a helicopter mechanic in the United State Army.  He worked for many years at Green Bay - Chicago Lines and Foreway Trucking in Green Bay, Wisconsin.  Thomas was a member of Life Church of Fishers, Indiana.  He enjoyed many hobbies and interests: Northmen Drum & Bugle Corps, playing competitive softball, reading the Bible, cheering on the Packers, volunteering at church, and loving his grandkids.  Thomas kept everyone laughing with his quick wit.  He was known as one of the nicest people you could meet and always put others before himself.

Thomas is survived by his children, David Mucha (Ellen), Dawn Mucha (Todd Lyon), and Dean Mucha (Abigail); grandchildren, Banning, Bryn, Devin, Sydney; and his siblings, Marcy Mogel, Robert Mucha, Phyllis Mucha, Jan Glennon, and Yvonne Hutchins.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Daryl Ann Mucha in 2015; his brother, Roger Mucha; and his sister, Charlotte Gutknecht.

Graveside services with military honors will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Fort Howard Memorial Park in Green Bay, Wisconsin. 

The Mucha family has entrusted Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes with arrangements.
