Stephanie Modglin

Stephanie Modglin, 67, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. She was born on August 14, 1958 to Robert and Emma (Scheffler) Hancock in Marion, Indiana.

Stephanie was a construction worker through Labor's Local 1112, she loved her job and would often critique other construction work. She enjoyed making ceramics, macramé, and jewelry. Stephanie liked spending time outside in her yard. She and her husband spent time helping with the Vietnam Veterans of Delaware County. Most of all, Stephanie loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Kristina Behr, Jason Stair, Marlon (Allison) Behr, and Thomas (Joy) Modglin, Jr.; brother, Kenny Hancock; sister, Amy Hancock; grandchildren, Valynn Wilson, Kenley Behr, Payton Modglin, and Tamara Jarrett; and great-grandson, Cassian.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Modglin, Sr.; and brother, Michael Hancock.

Services will be held at a later date at Marion National Cemetery in Marion, Indiana.
