Shirley D. Webb

Shirley Webb, 90, of Pendleton, passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on September 10, 1935 to Oren and Ruth (Noble) Kelly in Noblesville, Indiana.

Shirley worked for Farm Bureau Insurance, for the Noblesville Schools administration, and for Indiana Oil Marketers Association. She was very musical, playing the organ, piano, violin and accordion. Shirley also enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by her daughter, K. Renee Webb; sons, Kurt E. Webb and Kerry D. (Amy) Webb; grandchildren, Samuel, Logan, Ava, Cortney and Amber; sister, Marian DeVoll; and her nieces, Angela & Kelly.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell E. Webb; her sister, Rosemarie Greer; and her nephew, Tracey DeVoll.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville, with Pastor Andy Lutz officiating. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
