Sarah Josephene Abston

Sarah Josephene Abston, 74, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at her home.  She was born on July 8, 1947 to Kirk and Pearl (Knight) Bragg in Columbia, Kentucky.

Sarah worked as a nurse and was a member of Noblesville Moose Lodge.

She is survived by her husband, David Abston; children, Dottie Smith, Tim (Heather) Smith, Billy (Season) Smith, Lonnie Abston, and Matthew (Crystal) Smith; 14 grandkids, 6 great-grandkids.

In addition to her parents, Sarah was preceded in death by her daughter, Rhilda Smith; sisters, Pauline Bragg and Norma Jean Perkins; and her brother, Shelby Knight.

Services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville.  Burial will follow at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
