Ronnie Marshall Herron, 40, of Carmel, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020 at his home.  He was born on February 20, 1980 to Thomas and Betty (Estes) Herron in Noblesville, Indiana.

Ronnie worked as managing data specialist for United Healthcare.  He played baseball and enjoyed watching his daughter play softball.  Ronnie loved nature and music festivals, especially the Dave Matthews Band and the Grateful Dead.  His friends, Matt Collins & Justin Owens, were brothers at heart and he considered them family.  Ronnie had the biggest heart; you would not find anyone more loyal.

He is survived by his wife, Megan Eby Herron; mother, Betty Herron; daughter, Lily Herron; sister, Jamie (Mike) Wilson; brother, Thomas (Sandy) Herron; and his nieces & nephew, Jessica (Josh) Kingery, Tommy (Amy) Herron, and Katie Wilson.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Herron; 2 brothers; 1 sister; grandfathers-in-law, Floyd Chaplin & Edwin Eby; and his Herron grandparents & Estes grandparents.

Services will be Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 3 to 7 pm at the Moose Lodge; 3-4 will be for brief visitations with the family and to pay respects; from 4 to 7 will be his Celebration of Life. There will be speeches, food and drink, and sharing of stories in his memory. Masks and hand sanitizer will be supplied. 

Memorial contributions may be made to a trust for his daughter, Lily. Checks can be made out to Lily Herron and can be deposited at any Key Bank location.  Contributions may also be made to The Fathers’ Rights Movement, (https://fathersrightsmovement.us/donate/), please select Indiana.
