Robert Terrell Sherrod, 56, of Fishers, passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at IU Health North Hospital in Carmel. He was born on September 1, 1966 to Mack and Santras (Sherrod) Cleaves in Memphis, Tennessee.
In his younger years, Terrell was a track star in high school and earned an associate's degree in college. He was a member of Chapel Church in Noblesville and was a mentor to young men. Terrell has been a delivery driver, owned his own ride company, and worked with Crypto. He liked and collected RC cars and drones. Terrell had collections of Air Jordans, watches, and colognes, so he could look and smell good. He had a big sense of humor and could make anyone laugh. Most of all Terrell loved and doted on his family.
He is survived by his wife, Ericka Sherrod; children, Santras Sherrod, Shavonna Sherrod, Kirell Sherrod, Rakel Sherrod, Karleigh Sherrod, SéVion Sherrod, Derick Pullien-Jackson, Denzel Pullien-Jackson, Daleah Pullien-Jackson, D'ondra Pullien-Jackson, and Dasaun Pullien-Jackson; siblings, Diardre (Bruce) Allen, Michael Cleaves, Kathy Cleaves, and Terry Cleaves; grandchildren, Santana, Milan, Zayden, Kayvon, and Ivy; nieces and nephews, Erica, Marcus (Uyvette), Derryl, Mack, Joshua, Dawnyale, Taylor; a host of great nieces and nephews, and many beloved family members.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his niece, Sheniece.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday August 31, 2023 at Redeeming Love Church, 1950 Conner Street, Suite C in Noblesville. The family asks those attending to honor Terrell's memory by wearing his favorite color, midnight blue.
