Robert A. Mundt

Robert Allen Mundt, Sr., 67, Noblesville, passed away Monday, June 23, 2008 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. He was born July 6, 1940 in Mason City, Iowa to Helen Eggena (Brewer) and Edward Julius Mundt. Robert had been a chemical engineer for Firestone for 38 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran, and a member of the American Chemical Society. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He is survived by his wife, Anita Carol Mundt of Noblesville; mother, Helen Eggena Mundt of Mason City, IA; daughter, Promise Anna Mundt of Noblesville; son, Robert Allen (& Kristen) Mundt, Jr. of Indianapolis; son, James Edward (& Kimberly) Mundt of McCordsville, IN; and grandson, Logan Michael Fateley. He is preceded in death by his father, Edward Julius Mundt. A graveside military service with burial will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
