Robert E. Davis

Robert Edwin Davis, 76, Noblesville, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2009 at home. He was born March 13, 1933 in Westfield, Indiana to Artie and Edna (Hinshaw) Davis.
Robert was a machinist for Standard Locknut for 49 years, retiring in 2000. He was an avid coin collector and loved bird watching.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Davis; daughters, Renee' & hus. Mark Beaver, & Regina & hus. Rick Guffey; son, Randy & wife Dana Davis; brother, Chester & wife Marge Davis; grandchildren, Jamie Davis, Bobby Beaver, Lindsay Beaver, Chris Davis, Kurtis Beaver, & Kelsi Guffey; and great-grandchildren, Brayden Holycross & Lillian Beaver.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Marion & Dwain Davis; and one sister, Alphamae Eytchison.
Services will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville, with Victor Harber officiating. Friends may call Monday, August 10, 4:00 - 8:00PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
