Richard L. Weaver

Richard "Dick" L. Weaver, 80, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at Riverview Health in Noblesville, Indiana. He was born in on May 5, 1945 to William and Marie (Vollmer) Weaver, in Toledo, Ohio

Dick successfully and happily worked in the insurance industry for many years. After his retirement he enjoyed target shooting with his friends and spending time with his grandchildren. Dick was grateful for the simple things. He was happiest when he was at home with his wife, sitting on the couch with a Glenmorangie on ice, dog at his side, watching the Buckeyes win. Dick was one of the biggest Ohio State University football fans in the history of Ohio State football fans.

He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Weaver; daughter, Laura (Scotty) Tabachnick; grandchildren, Lucas, Carli, Bram, and Levi; brother, Jim (Sue) Weaver; and sister, Janet Smith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brother, Bob Weaver and his wife, Jan; and brother-in-law, Dick Smith.

Services will be private. Burial will be at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park in Toledo, Ohio.
