Richard Gardner

Richard Lee Gardner, 81, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at his home.  He was born on January 28, 1939 to Orville and Elizabeth (Robertson) Gardner in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Dick proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and worked as a sales engineer. He loved all types of cars:  Indy cars, model cars, and classic cars.  Dick attended the Indianapolis 500 for 63 years.  He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Dick is survived by his wife, Marsha Gardner; and daughters, Kim (Steve) Taylor and their children Cody & Riley, Dana Gardner and her son Beau, and Lindsey (Bo) Dowell and their daughter Zoe.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Gardner.

A family Celebration of Life service will be scheduled at a later date.  Dick's care has been entrusted to Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes.
