Perry Case

Listen to Obituary

Perry Matthew Case of Fishers, Indiana passed away and went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, June 29, 2026 at the age of 62 peacefully at home.

Perry Case was born October 21, 1963 in Corydon, IN to Reverend Gary Case Sr. and Viola (Farnsley) Case. He attended South Central High School in Elizabeth, IN, and graduated in 1982. He attended Asbury College for an Economics degree and graduated in 1986. He married his wife of 30 years, Corrie (Jordan) Case in October of 1995.

Perry grew up in small Indiana and Kentucky towns, the son of a pastor and a nurse. He played high school basketball, and loved watching IU play, even though he didn’t go to the school. When he graduated college, his first job was as a manager at S&K Menswear. He learned how to sell suits, and he always looked the part. He had style. He sold a suit to a manager, who asked him, “Have you ever thought about pharmaceutical sales?” He interviewed, and that launched his career into pharmaceuticals sales for the rest of his life, close to 40 years. He worked for Sandoz, Novartis, Otsuka, and finally Bausch & Lomb. He was an Executive Sale Specialist, an Account Manager, Hospital Account Manager, and a District Manager over the years. He won President’s Club multiple times and many award trips. He retired last October.

Perry met Corrie at the French Lick Resort during a pharmaceutical convention. There was an instant connection. They were married at a beautiful fall wedding in October of 1995. They have 3 children, Cameron Matthew, Conner Michael, and Jessica Louise. They enjoyed taking vacations through the years to many fun places like Cancun, Snowmass, CO, California wine country, Gatlinburg, and Nashville, IN and TN, Hawaii, and Cabo San Lucas. Sometimes these were family vacations, sometimes with friends, and sometimes just as a couple. Perry was the life of the party and always up for an adventure.

In life Perry had two main passions. They were his faith and his family. Everything revolved around that. He volunteered to coach all of his kids’ teams for church rec soccer, T-ball and basketball. He led a Men’s Basketball Outreach for 25 years at Castleview Church to inner-city guys. He golfed, traveled, and read books. He led a Fellowship group for his church. These friends became like family as they all did life together. He was especially passionate about mentoring men to step up and lead spiritually in their homes and parent well. He had a favorite piece of advice for men, “Never stop dating your wife”. His marriage and relationship with Corrie reflected this. Their love for Christ and each other was a tangible thing. He also loved his kids and cheered them on in all the different stages of life. He was so proud of all they accomplished and he loved his family well. He was funny and fun and always willing to open his home for good conversation and good food. Perry’s strong faith in Christ pointed many to God’s saving grace. Even as it became evident that God was going to call him home, his life verse became, “God’s grace is sufficient.” He lived that out in full color and inspired us all.

Perry is survived by his wife, Corrie Case, and his 3 children, Cameron, Conner and Jessica. He is also survived by his sister, Kim Case of Upland, IN, his brother, Gary Case Jr (wife Jo Ann) of Ramsey, IN and his brother-in-law, John Jordan (wife, Stephanie) of Carmel, IN. Perry is also remembered by nieces and nephews Jamie and Brad Smith, Kara Case, Bryan Case, and Jenna, Jillian and Spencer Jordan. His great nieces and nephews are Colton and Reese Smith and Kyra, Wrigley, and Violet Case.
