Pennie J. Baldwin, 62 of Noblesville, quietly took Jesus hand and traveled on her last journey to Heaven on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at home.
Pennie was born to Robert and Laura (Berry) Baldwin on August 30, 1963, in Homestead Florida USAF Hospital. Pennie attended Noblesville School starting in 1968 at Conner Elementary. She proudly graduated May 22, 1981 from NHS. Pennie always promoted equal rights, antibullying and loving one another.
Pennie always tried to follow the Golden Rule, Luke 6:31, Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Pennie moved on in life always looking for the acceptance she's now found in Heaven. She took on each challenge of what she thought God would want her to do. From helping and serving friends to the homeless community, caregiving, sharing, and volunteering wherever she could. Whenever she saw a need she filled it like only Pennie could with help of her friends God put in her path. She always believed God would bless her on earth as well as in Heaven.
She taught preschool children from 1997 to 2010. She found unconditional love through God's children. She formed awesome relationships with families and always took pride in her position, being the best she could be while making a difference in the life of a child. She excelled with children of special needs and enjoyed every challenge God brought her way. She attended conferences to continually educate herself to meet the needs of the children.
She enjoyed her crafts of flowers and wreaths. She donated them as fundraisers for organizations as well as making them for friends as keepsakes. She loved music of Country, Classic Rock, Gospel, and Children's music, she always said there was a song for everything and she was sure to find one no matter the subject.
Pennie stuck to the lower side and was a proud Democrat no matter who knew. She loved the rights her family served for. She was proud American and proud Christian no matter how much she was looked down on or betrayed ...ridiculed...used....or laughed at. Pennie never pushed anyone away but the right ones who were fake and cruel.
Pennie is survived by her son Randy Baldwin of Noblesville, her niece/daughter Brittany (Micheal) Beard of Kokomo, and several cousins.
Pennie was preceded in death by her parents, 1 still born older brother in April 1962, grandparents Thomas and Helen Berry, Caroline Coverdale Raper, special friends Tammy Battles, Michele Macak, Ron Matherly, several aunts and uncles, cousins and many dear friends.
Special thanks to Barbara and Gary Edds, Bill Story, Becky Meredith, Elaine Bishop, Kim and Jeff DeMasie, Mikki Perine, Mary Oliver, Terry Merritt, Beth Grote, Madison Sanders and several other friends as well as caregivers.
A Private Celebration of Life is being held with family and friends at Pennie's request on November 25, 2025 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with a service at 12:00 pm. Burial is in Crownland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to White River Christian Church Food Pantry, 1685 N. 10th Street, Noblesville, IN 46060.
