Mary Lynn "Chris" Tate

Mary Lynn "Chris" Tate, 62, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Riverview Health in Noblesville.  She was born on June 26, 1960 in Glendale, California.

Chris was a talented artist who loved photography and cross stitch. She won prizes at the Hamilton County 4H Fair for her cross stitch works. Chris like to write and was proud to have one of her poems published. She appreciated the simple things in life, a beautiful sunset or the sights and sounds of nature. Chris was known by family and friends to have a keen sense of humor. She will be missed.

Chris is survived by her parents, General Bob & Mary (Stone) Tate; and brother & sister-in-law, Robert & Liz Tate, and nephew, Benjamin.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with services at 7:00 pm, on Friday, August 19, 2022 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville.  Pastor Paul Ernst will officiate.

To honor Chris’s love of her cats and dogs, the family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society for Hamilton County, 10501 Hague Road, Fishers, IN 46038 (www.hamiltonhumane.com).
