Mary Jo Pearson

Mary Jo Pearson, 82, of Tipton, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at The Waters of Tipton. She was born on March 4, 1943 to Bethel and Opal Walker in Tipton, Indiana.

Mary Jo worked for Delco. She loved casinos and reading, collecting every Danielle Steele book there ever was! Mary Jo enjoyed going to her church, the Church of Christ in Tipton. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mary Jo is survived by her sister, Betty Kincaid; son, Steve Crews; grandchildren, Keeley (Brody) Kalbaugh, Zach (Kaitlyn) Crews, and Olivia (Blake) Bentley; and her great-grandchildren, Stella, Georgie and Beckham.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Pearson; and her son, Tony Crews.
