Madi is survived by her father, Jerry (Paula) Lucas; grandmother, Patsy Lucas-David; and lots of aunts & uncles.
Madi was preceded in death by her mother, Michelle Lucas; brother, Jacob Michael Lucas; and her grandparents, James & Linda Bell, Belva Lucas, and Helen Story.
