Lylianna Rose Duckworth was safely delivered into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Riverview Health in Noblesville.
She is survived by her mother, Kayla Nicole Duckworth; sister, Kasssandra Duckworth; grandparents, Michelle (John) Eurick and Robert Duckworth; great-grandfather, Ronald Obsitnick; and great-aunts & uncle, Renee Knight (Clarence Bell), Linda Duckworth, and Mary Minnich.
Lylianna was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Mary Obsitnick, John Duckworth and Setsuko Duckworth; and great-aunt & uncle, Vicky Duckworth and Ronnie Obsitnick.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes has been entrusted with Lylianna's care.
"My precious, precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."
