Louise Fritz Latty, 93, of Fishers, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at St. Vincent/Ascension Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on October 27, 1932 to Roy and Mary (Trapp) Fritz in Ripley, Ohio.
Louise worked at Sears in customer service for 25 years before retiring. She spent time volunteering at St. Louis de Montfort in the food pantry and counting the offertory collection. Louise enjoyed playing cards, reading, and crocheting. Most of all she loved spending time with family and spoiling her grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Dale (Cindy) Latty, Bob (Eileen) Latty, Mike (Cindy) Latty, Chris (Sallie) Latty, and Joe (Michelle) Latty; grandchildren, Matt, Christina, Robert, Andrew, James, Evan, Melanie, Nick, Hannah, Sam, Coleman, Ben, and Olivia; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Dale Latty; and brothers, Louis Fritz and Pat Fritz.
Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, March 20, 2026 at St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, 11441 Hague Road in Fishers, with Father Travis Stephens officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 am to the time of service at the church. Burial will be a private ceremony at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America in memory of Louise’s Aunt, Helen Schultz. At a pivotal time in her youth, Aunt Helen and Uncle Bob Schultz welcomed Louise into their home and into their hearts. Their compassion and generosity helped shape the path that led to the meaningful life and lasting legacy she leaves with all of us. https://mymsaa.org/donate/honor-and-memorial-donations
