Larry G. Densmore, 83, of Noblesville, Indiana, formerly of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. He was born on April 11, 1942 to the late Harry and Alice (Bellas) Densmore in West Kittanning, Pennsylvania.
Larry is survived by his wife, Linda; daughter & son-in-law, Lindsay & William Freil; his sister, Dixie Morgan of Virginia; and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Densmore; and his brother-in-law, Dennis Morgan.
Larry graduated from Kittanning High School in 1960 and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. He proudly served and was honorably discharged. Larry earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Clarion State College in 1968 where he was a member of Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity. He earned his Master's degree at Slippery Rock State College. Larry taught reading in the Butler Area School District until his retirement in 1999.
Larry enjoyed landscaping, being outdoors, playing tennis and golf, and distance biking. Larry and Linda traveled extensively with bikes and a trailer through Canada and most of the United States. He was an avid Penguins fan and spent many years helping to grow amateur and scholastic hockey teams locally.
There will be no services. Randall & Roberts Funeral Home of Noblesville has been entrusted with cremation services. Prayers are gladly accepted.
