Joseph Dominick Dorio

Joseph "Joe" Dominick Dorio, 67, of Westfield, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Riverview Health in Noblesville.  He was born on August 13, 1955 to Anthony and Marjorie (Meyer) Dorio in East Moriches, New York.

Joe loved music, like old blues, jazz, and rock. His grandchildren loved their Pepaw, he loved and cherished them. Joe loved his family and cars. He worked in the auto repair industry, he was always very gifted from a young age, with the ability and knowledge to work on vehicles. Joe was well known for being able to trouble shoot mechanical issues, repair, maintain, and perform all types of body repair to vehicles. Working on classic cars were is favorite. Joe never retired because he loved what he did. 

He is survived by his wife, Sandra "Sandy" Dorio; daughter, Brittney Rose Dorio; son, Joseph "Joey" Strier; step-sons, David (Emma) Plummer and Timothy (Ragan) Plummer; 10 grandchildren; siblings, Bobbie Jo Dorio, Vanessa Schuck, Cindy Berg, Ruth Dorio, Tony Dorio, Gregory Dorio, and Ricky Dorio; special nieces, Dalanie and Payton; several other nieces and nephews; and care taker, Ken Hunt.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
