Jose S. Baltazar, 67, of McCordsville, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013 at Community Heart & Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on January 23, 1946 to Francisco and Eladia (Santos) Baltazar.
Jose worked as a telephone lineman, he attended church at St. Simon Catholic Church, and was a loving husband, father, and grandfather to his family.
He is survived by wife, Ma Lourdes Baltazar of McCordsville; sons, Fransico S., and Alexander Baltazar; daughter, Isabel Blackford; grandchildren, Nicole Baltazar, Lenardo Jose Baltazar, Franceska Baltazar, Kane Miguel Blackford, Andrei Baltazar, Renee Baltazar; sisters, Josephina David, Pacita Steel, Offelia Correa, and Domeltila Atienza.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Loreto Baltazar and Abelina Tabaco.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, with visitation immediately prior to the service, at the funeral home from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
