Johnnie Louise Cox

Johnnie L. Cox, 72, of Noblesville, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018 at Riverview Health.  She was born on December 29, 1945 to Millard and Edna (Eckles) Winfrey in Saint Charles, Lee County, Virginia.
Johnnie worked in packaging for Western Electric, as a machine operator for MSW, and also worked as a janitor for the Hamilton County Courthouse.
She is survived by her husband, Douglas Cox, who she married in 2001; daughters, Michelle Smith, Melissa Pennington, and Donna Glover; step-son, Troy (Davetta) Cox; sisters, Patricia Miles, Nancy Miles, and Kathy Gibson; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and her special friend, Kathy Craft-Ryan.
In addition to her parents, Johnnie was preceded in death by her daughter, Dawn Campbell; and her sister, Linda Gibson.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville, with visitation 12:00 noon to the time of service.  Rev. Harrell T. Wilson will officiate.  Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
