Jeffrey H. Sirmin

Jeffrey Harvey Sirmin, 75, of Indianapolis, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. He was born on February 9, 1950 to Paul and Martha Shanklin Sirmin in Indianapolis, Indiana. His parents preceded him in death.

Jeff was a graduate of TC Howe High School, Hanover College, and IU McKinney Law School. He was a private practice attorney for a few years, then worked for the City of Indianapolis Office of Corporation Counsel for four decades. Jeff enjoyed hiking, camping, and traveling, especially to the National Parks. He liked music and Macedonian dancing. Jeff also enjoyed playing softball and basketball.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Janice Clements Sirmin; son, Aaron Paul (Renee) Sirmin; daughter, Leah Sirmin; grandchildren, Indy, Dean, Jolene; siblings Maria Russell, Cindy Poynter and Steve Sirmin; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road in Fishers. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
