Janet Kay Bragg

Janet Kay Bragg, 76, passed away at her home in Noblesville, Indiana on September 9, 2026. Janet was born in Hamilton County on June 4, 1950 to Edwin and Catherine Matherly. She was one of four kids, growing up with siblings, Phillip Matherly, Carol Franklin, and Libby Calvin. Married to Ronald Bragg on April 3, 1971, they had and raised three kids: Christina Gilley, Jonathan Bragg, and Jennifer Medler. Janet adored her four grand kids, Nolan, Macie, Gilbert, and Grace. She also loved spending time with cousins, nephews, nieces, and all family members near and far.

Janet will be warmly remembered as a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Servant of Christ, teacher, musician, and beloved friend to many. She dearly loved her Country, Christ, and music and combined these loves to direct numerous patriotic musicals, as well as adult and children's musicals, along with dear friends and church members. Janet also participated in Jail Ministry Outreach, led Bible Bowl teams for her Church, and planned and organized many Bible studies over her years.

Visitation for Janet will be held on Friday September 18, 2026 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Rd, Noblesville, IN. The funeral service will be at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow directly after the service at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN.
