Jane L. Cheney

Jane L. Cheney, 83, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at her home.  She was born on March 9, 1939 to Kenneth and Vera (Mollenkopf) Kirkpatrick in Noblesville, Indiana.

Jane was a graduate of Fishers High School and worked in admitting for Riverview Hospital, as well as the Connor House kitchen at Conner Prairie.  She enjoyed crafting and bird watching.  Jane also loved her pets.

She is survived by her sons, James Cheney (Lora Dorton-Cheney) and Jay Cheney; sister, Martha Rouse; grandchildren, Jay Cheney (Sharalyn) and Kelly Cheney Babcock(Robert); great-grandchildren, Faith Miller, Jay Cheney, Mikayla Cheney, Greyson Cheney and Emma Cheney Babcock; her dog, Sassy; and her cat, Pumpkin.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Cheney.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday, December 16, 2022 at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, in Fishers.  Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in Fishers.
