James B. Loehr

James B. Loehr, 80, of Fishers went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 28, 2025, after an extended illness.

He was born June 14, 1945, in East St. Louis, Illinois the son of the late George and Anne (Frerker) Loehr.

Jim was a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and worked in the financial services industry over forty years eventually launching Loehr Financial Planning Services, Inc. Jim was an avid golfer and sports car enthusiast. For many years he was involved in the Great Banquet community and volunteered with the Castleton Sertoma Club. After retirement, Jim enjoyed camping, traveling and spending time with family and friends. During the cold winter months Jim enjoyed his life as a “snowbird” in Ft. Myers, Florida.

He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie (Rodich) Loehr; children, Tim (Alaina) Loehr, Jennifer Bosler and Andrew (Shannon) Loehr; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; brother, Mike (Kathy) Loehr; sister-in-law, Marge Loehr; and several special nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his brother, Tom Loehr.

Services will be held at. 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road in Fishers, with Pastor Doug Gast officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Park Cemetery in Greenfield at a later date.
