J. Russell Robinson

J. Russell Robinson, 85, of Noblesville, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026 at Independence Village of Fishers East in Fishers. He was born on August 18, 1940 to Russell and Beatrice (Grames) Robinson in Lafayette, Indiana.

Russ proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked in sales and management, and was a member of Cyntheanne Christian Church. Russ enjoyed golfing, boating, and RV traveling.

He is survived by his wife, Michael Robinson; children, Barbara Robinson, Richard Robinson, and Traci (Michael) Stump; grandchildren, Hannah (Papavi) Ayena, Lydia (Sam) Hartman, Samantha (Brandon) Wilson, Zoe Wilson, and James (Zoey Shields) Robinson; great-grandchildren, Simeon Ayena, Silas Ayena, and Willow Robinson; and his sisters, Mila (Jim) Brockman and Mary (Mike) Creigh.

In addition to his parents, Russ was preceded in death by his daughter, Annie Robinson.

The Robinson family would like to thank the staff at Independence Village East and Legacy Hospice for the wonderful care of Russ.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday July 25, 2026 at Cyntheanne Christian Church, 13151 Cyntheanne Road in Fishers. Calling will begin at 11:00 am at the church. A luncheon will be held for family and friends after the service at the church. Randall & Roberts Funeral Home has been entrusted with cremation services.
