Helen Murdock

Helen L. (Sampson) Murdock, 82, Noblesville, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2008 at her residence in Noblesville. She was born February 19, 1926 in Noblesville to Silas S. and Oakie Sampson.
Helen was a member of the First Church of God in Noblesville where she taught Bible Studies.  She visited and assisted at her mother's senior living facility.  She was a homemaker and lived a simple life full of faith and helping others. 
She is survived by husband, Bill Murdock of Noblesville; son Larry (& Sue) Murdock of Noblesville; grandson Matt Murdock;
granddaughter Melissa Artman; great-grandchildren Nicholas, Brittany, and Megan Muse; and great-great-child Chloe Kay.
She was preceded in death by daughter Judy Artman and brothers and sisters John Sampson, Sib Sampson, Alice Payne, Nora Browning, Roger Sampson, and William Sampson.
Services will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at First Church of God, with Rev. Rich Meyer and Rev. Stanley R. Sutton officiating. Friends may call Thursday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the church prior to the service. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
