Guelma Inez Fielder, 100, of Fishers, passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Riverwalk Village in Noblesville. She was born on December 13, 1915 to Will and Ella (Smith) Fielder in Union Springs, Alabama.
Guelma worked in housekeeping and environmental services at Providence Hospital in Cincinnati. She was a lifetime member of Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, and enjoyed gardening and taking care of her family. Guelma and her family celebrated her 100th birthday in December.
She is survived by her son, Mark (Kristen) Fielder; 3 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 4 brothers; and 3 sisters.
No services will be held. Guelma's care has been entrusted to Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes, Noblesville.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fishers United Methodist Church Food Pantry, 9691 East 116th Street, Fishers, IN 46037.
