Gordon V. "Gordie" Grossman, 85, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at his home. He was a gentleman, scholar and family man.

Gordon was born on March 24, 1940, Easter Sunday, to the late Victor and Esther (Kemner) Grossman in Jackson, Michigan. He and his family lived on a beautiful farm in Manchester, Michigan. Gordon graduated from Manchester High School and earned a degree in Animal Science from Michigan State University. He went on to work in the research animal industry for 48 years. Gordon was an avid Michigan State University basketball, football and hockey fan. He loved his sons and his grandchildren. Gordon enjoyed traveling, being outdoors, and spending winters in Sedona, Arizona and Panama City Beach, Florida.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Jan Grossman; sons, Matthew (Kimberly) Grossman and Fredric (Keri) Grossman; sister, Diane Lockridge; grandchildren, Gabrielle, Gavin and Sam Grossman, and Cam and Addi Kooi; as well as many nieces & nephews.

Following Gordon's wishes, there will be no funeral services, but a Celebration of Life at a future date.
