Glendon M Mahan, 95, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Allisonville Meadows in Fishers. She was born on July 23, 1918 to Samuel and Inez (Townsend) Culbertson in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Glendon was a homemaker and had also worked as a legal secretary and bookkeeper for a drapery company. She enjoyed cross stitching and other crafts and sewing in her younger years.
She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Loral H Mahan; daughter, Dorothy (Edgar) Pierce; son, Dennis (Tanya Dickinson) Mahan; and granddaughter, Britt Mahan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Walter Culbertson and Kenneth Culbertson; and sister, Ruth DeLong.
Services will be private. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
