Edwin Oliver Sandefur

Edwin Oliver Sandefur, 78, of Noblesville, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Riverview Health in Noblesville. He was born on November 24, 1947 to Howard and Erna (Lefeber) Sandefur in Beech Grove, Indiana.

Edwin worked in set up and maintenance for Don Smock Auction. He also worked as an electrician for Big E, M&M Electric, Toyota, Lance Transportation and MV Transportation. Edwin was a member of Refuge International Ministries, where he attended church every Sunday.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Delia Sandefur; son, Daniel Edwin Sandefur; daughter, Rachel Iris Irene Sandefur; God daughter, Elizabeth Marie Peed; God-grandchildren, Michael Vincent Crouse, Chase Joel Hamelman, Aubree Lillian Ritter, Danielle Walters, and Carter Walters; brother, Elliot Ross Sandefur; as well as several nieces & nephews.

In addition to his parents, Edwin was preceded in death by his brother, James Albert Sandefur.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, with services at 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville. Timothy Dale Brown will officiate.
