Edgar "Sonny" Dick

Edgar "Sonny" Dick III, 66, Noblesville, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus . He was born April 6, 1943 in Noblesville to Edgar T. and Phyllis (Wise) Dick, Jr.
Edgar attended Noblesville High School. He was the area sales representative for Hubler Chevrolet for 15 years. Edgar was a member of the Lakeview Wesleyan Church and the Gideons. He loved to sing, enjoyed life and his family, and never met a stranger.
Edgar is survived by wife, Sandy Dick of Noblesville; son, Edgar (Lauri) T. Dick IV of Florissant, MO; daughter, Delita Vincel of Noblesville; daughter, Deann (James) Ousley of Noblesville; daughter, Denise (Chip) Johnston of Noblesville; daughter, Tammy (Scott) Huffman of Cicero; sister, Peggy (Sam) Lupear of Fishers; brother, Danny (Nancy) Dick of Indianapolis; sister, Diana (Harold) Heiny of Noblesville; 16 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Edgar is preceded in death by a brother, David Dick, formerly of Noblesville.
Services will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Lakeview Wesleyn Church, with Pastor Rich Schenck and Pastor Carol Schenck officiating. Friends may call Monday, July 27, 3:00 -5:00PM and 7:00-9:00PM at the church. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery.
