Ed Morefield, 84, of Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at his home. He was born on June 22, 1941 to Ralph and Daisy (Jacobs) Morefield in Saint Paul, Virginia.

Ed proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked for over 30 years for the Ford Motor Company. Ed enjoyed bowling in leagues, riding motorcycles and working on cars. He could talk your ear off and tell a good story! Most of all, Ed loved and cared for his family.

He is survived by his wife, Darlene Morefield; sons, Mike Morefield and Mark Morefield; brothers, Billy Morefield and Gary Morefield; grandchildren, Mike, Justin, Ashlyn, Shaelyn, Tascha and Tiffany; great-grandchildren, Faith, Kenny, Kevin, Emmalee, Oaklee and Bodie; great-great-grandchild, Brinkley; and his step-son, Tommy Pharis.

In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his son, Jason Lee Morefield; daughter, Shelly Belle; and great-grandchild, King.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, with services at 12:00 pm, on Friday, June 19, 2026 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
