Donna Lou Kinsey

Donna Lou Kinsey, 94, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at Five Star Residences in Noblesville, Indiana where she had resided since 2017. A native and long-term resident of Warsaw, Indiana, she was born on March 3, 1930 to Paul and Alice (Nelson) Randels and graduated from Warsaw High School in 1948. On August 17, 1952, she married John A. Kinsey and they celebrated 59 years of marriage before John passed away in 2012.

Donna worked for many years at First National Bank and was a member of Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church where she sang in the church choir. She enjoyed music, singing, flowers, gardening, and bird watching. Donna was also an avid (and successful) bingo player!

She is survived by her two daughters, Linda (Alex) Prokai, Carmel, Indiana, and Cathy (Joseph) Cooper, Murfreesboro, TN; daughter-in-law, Barbara Kinsey; sister-in-law, Carol Rapp; 13 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; 3 nieces; and 1 nephew.

In addition to her husband, Donna was preceded in death by her son, Steve Kinsey; brother, Robert Randels; 1 sister-in-law; 1 great-grandchild; 1 niece; and 2 nephews.

Donna's family has entrusted Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes with her care. A private graveside service for family is being planned.
