Cleetus Owens

Cleetus R. Owens , 99, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at his home.  He was born on September 15, 1922 to A.E. and Della (Underwood) Owens in Anderson, Alabama.

Cleetus proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and worked for Firestone Industrial Products.  He attended First Church of the Nazarene and was a member of over 50 years of the Noblesville Masonic Lodge.  Cleetus was also a Shriner and member of the Scottish Rite.  He enjoyed fishing and gardening.

Cleetus is survived by his daughter, Janice Owens; son, Gary (Judy) Owens; and grandsons, Bryan Owens and Jason Owens.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, E. May Owens; daughter, Deborah Owens; grandson, Tim McElroy; his granddaughter, Wendy Owens; and 11 loving brothers & sisters.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with services at 1:00 pm, on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville.  Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
