Chester Capps

Chester Capps, 83, of Noblesville, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at his home. He was born on February 26, 1942 to Bonnie and Novella (Humphrey) Capps in Lebanon, Indiana.

Chester was a truck driver for over 40 years. He was a member of New Light Christian Center and the Noblesville Moose Lodge.

Chester is survived by his daughter, Teresa (Frank) Ricketts; sons, Randy (Carla) Capps and Chester Daniel Butcher; step-children, Candace (Terry) Wilburn, Stacy Goodman, and Mike (Mary) Goodman; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his beloved dogs, Buddy and Bubba.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 25 years, Nancy Capps; brother, Charles Capps; sister, Donie Bradfield; and his step-daughter, Cindy Britton.

Burial will be at a later date at Riverside Cemetery in Noblesville.
