Cheryl Lynn McLaughlin

Cheryl Lynn Parker McLaughlin, 65, of Noblesville, passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at her home. She was born on July 27, 1956 to William and Anita (Hanna) Parker in Noblesville, Indiana.

Despite her years long battle with Sarcoidosis, Cheryl remained strong in her faith in Jesus Christ as her personal savior and secure in the knowledge of her eternal life in heaven.

Cheryl was the oldest of five children, and a 1974 graduate of Heritage Christian School.  Cheryl loved traveling and all things travel; Hawaii was her happy place. After spending time as a travel agent, she worked as a flight attendant for ten years with Republic Airlines.  Cheryl had a heart for helping others.  She had a unique sense of humor and was one-of-a-kind.  As an amateur photographer, Cheryl shared her unique perspective with all those who viewed her work.  Most of all, Cheryl loved being a mom & grandma and was very involved in the lives of those she cared for.

She is survived by her daughters, Amanda (Ford) Cox, Andrea (Patrick) Dammier, Brieann (Kevin) Sweeney, and Erin Campbell; siblings, Brenda Snyder, Gary Parker, Rhonda Parker-Taylor, and Greg Parker; and her grandchildren, Dillon, KJ, Brady, Connor, Reilly, Maddie, Bella, Brooklyn, Bennett, Savannah, Antonio & Nolan.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, William & Anita Parker; and grandparents, Frank & Theda Parker and Kenneth & Lois Hanna.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm, with visitation beginning at Noon, on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road in Fishers. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis.
