Catherine Burris
Catherine Burris, of Panama City, Florida, passed away on May 13, 2026. She was born on April 29, 1946 to James and Lillian Costlow in Frankfort, Indiana.
Catherine was a budget analyst for the Federal Government. She enjoyed quilting and traveling, especially cruising.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Leo Burris; sons, Matthew McLaughlin and Patrick McLaughlin; brother, Mike Costlow; sister, Christine Barrick; and four granddaughters.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Steve Costlow.
Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday June 8, 2026 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville, with visitation from 12:00 pm until the time of service. Inurnment will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville, Indiana.
