Carole Sue Cade

Carole Cade, 80, of Noblesville, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville. She was born on March 27, 1946 to Donald E. and Vera (Goodwin) Powell (died 1964) in Noblesville, Indiana.

Carole was a Seamstress, and was a member of Union United Methodist Church. She cooked at the Pioneer Village every year at the Indiana State Fair. She enjoyed working puzzles, and was notorious for cheating at games. She was rarely seen without a Coke. Carole especially enjoyed spending time with the kids and grandkids.

She is survived by her son, Michael Sean (Tina) Cade; daughter, Tina (Bill) Gauck; sister, Nancy Mitchell; grandchildren, Miranda (Nathaniel), Holly (Dakota), Shelby (Gage), and Scott (Marissa); Great grandchildren, Vincent, Noelle, Scarlett, Rowan, Asher, Owen, Noelle, Blake, and Samsen.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lee Cade; sisters, Linda Beal and Judy Moon; brothers, David Joe Powell and Steve Powell;and grandson, Remington.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at Crownland Cemetery, 1776 Monument Street in Noblesville.
