Carol K. Mathis, of Carmel, passed away on February 2, 2013 after a lengthy illness.
She was the beloved wife and apple of Mel Mathis eyes; the terrific mother of Rori (John) Benjamin and Melissa (Jeff) Coleman; and the doting grandmother to Ashli (Ryan) Pettibone, John Patrick Benjamin Jr., Hallie Kate Benjamin and Brandon Scott Coleman. She was fondly referred to as GIGI by her two great-grandchildren, Audrey Kate Pettibone and Ryan Spencer Pettibone and loved by big sis, Sonja Atkinson.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from 5-8PM at Randall and Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road, Fishers, Indiana. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 11:00 A.M at the funeral home.
