Candie Elaine Hazelwood

Candie Elaine Hazelwood, 43, of Cicero, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at St. Vincent/Ascension Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on September 25, 1982 in Marion, Indiana.

Candie has been a CNA for many years. She enjoyed reading, journaling, and listening to country music. Candie liked to scrapbook, make homemade gifts, and crafting. She was known for pulling pranks. Most of all Candie loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Matthew Hazelwood; father, Jayson Caldwell; mother and step-father, Becky and Larry Ooley; children, Trinity Salazar, Myaha Salazar, Logan Ballard, Brookelyn Hazelwood; siblings, Sunshine Whitlow, Randi Des Jardins, Sam Kinkead, Dan Kinkead, Sabrina Kinkead, Jamie Caldwell, and Courtney Schultz; and one grandchild, Giavanna Hammack.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Jayson Clyde Caldwell II and Corey Caldwell; as well as her grandparents and her uncle.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street in Noblesville. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
