Brian Thomas Hutslar, infant son of Jonathan David and Jacqueline Brianna (Stang) Hutslar of Fishers, was received into Jesus' arms on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
He was born on November 21, 2012.
In addition to his parents, Brian is survived by his twin brother, Joshua Aaron Hutslar; paternal grandparents, Paul & Linda Hutslar; and maternal grandparents, Dennis & Jerri Stang.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 4780 E. 126th Street in Carmel, with visitation beginning at 2:00 pm immediately prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Foundation 30 S. Meridian Street, Suite 200 Indianapolis, IN 46204.
