Barlow H. Poindexter, 98, of Noblesville, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. He was born on May 10, 1925 to William and Fanny (Melton) Poindexter in Hart County, Kentucky.

Barlow was a self-employed construction worker.

He is survived by his daughter, Carol (Kenny) Wariner; son, Jerry (Connie) Poindexter; sister, Zelma Shaw; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Barlow was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy M. Poindexter; grandson, Matthew Joseph Wariner; great-granddaughter, Natalie Marie Wariner; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with services at 1:00 pm, on Friday, August 18, 2023 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan Street, in Noblesville. Brad Wariner will officiate.
