Annie Noel, 83, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born on September 24, 1942 to Howard and Ethel (Akers) Newkirk in Rushville, Indiana.

Annie was a teacher at Marion Community Schools, Arsenal Technical High School, and North Central High School/J. Everett Light career Center. She was a member of the Hamilton County Retired Teacher Association and First Christian Church of Noblesville where she served as Elder and Deacon, as well as recording Secretary of Official Board for 20 years. Annie also volunteered at Riverview Health and enjoyed reading and playing cards with the grandkids.

She is survived by her son, Scott (Sarah) Noel; and her grandchildren, Andrew Noel, Ellie Noel, Kendall Keyton, and Nolan Keyton.

In addition to her parents, Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Douglas Noel.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with services at 4:00 pm, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
