Anneattea LaJean Blanton, 77, of Fishers, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville. She was born on July 7, 1948 to John and Margaret (Michael) Tweedy in Norfolk, Virginia.
Anneattea worked for Marsh Supermarkets her entire career. She enjoyed crocheting projects for Fishers United Methodist Church, the church’s Come To Me food pantry, and the American Cancer Society. Anneattea was a member of Industry United Methodist Church in Muncie prior to moving to Fishers. Most of all, she loved spending time with her husband and family.
Anneattea is survived by her husband, William Harold Blanton; daughter, Tamara (Jamie) Follis; granddaughter, Katie Follis; and her neighbor, friend, and Tammy's mother-in-law, Terri Follis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Michael Tweedy.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Highland Cemetery, 11171 Hoosier Rd, in Fishers. Pastor Ben Greenbaum will officiate.
