Amy Irene Duplaga

Amy Irene Duplaga, 73, of Noblesville, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Wellbrooke of Westfield. She was born on May 25, 1952 to John and Julia (Fleming) Rupert in Dayton, Ohio.

Amy was the eldest of 7 children and helped raise them. She was very kind-hearted and a "mom" to anyone who needed one. Amy was a librarian and an avid reader. She & Ron loved to travel, especially to Alaska and on Viking Cruises. Amy was a hard worker and a wonderful mother.

She is survived by her children, John Duplaga, Jennifer Duplaga, and Lynn (Daniel) Martz; grandchildren, Gavin Martz, Scout Duplaga, Christopher Martz, and Sarah Duplaga; siblings, Rocky Rupert, Joseph Rupert, Sally Shirkey, Laura Arnold, Linda Rupert, and Matthew Rupert; and several nieces & nephews.

In addition to her parents, Amy was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald A. Duplaga.

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, with services at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road, in Noblesville. Burial will be at Hamilton Memorial Park Cemetery in Westfield. The family asks that those attending dress casually.
